Throw Back

Procrastination

Sometimes, I wonder why is it so hard to start writing. Should I say my salutations? Or should I post endless amount of pictures? Or just type in some nonsense? What do you think? Hmm.. Does saying all my ''hello's'' work? Anyways, I've decided do to an overlook on the past 7 months in my 2013 and just realized how I w asted it was. Needless to say, this year should be the year which I sit at my desk for atleast 6 hours a day and do absolutely nothing but study and channel into my inner nerd. Instead, I procrastinate a ton and stare at books emptily. Urgh, I can't wait to fail my major exams this year *boo hoo*.

Also, trials are not far from now. Let's just say that it's around the corner and look at me. Busy with blogging and going to the movies and absolutely doing nothing but throwing out my precious time. I should start studying but I just can't seem to thrive and motivate myself to focus so let alone having the luck to get 9 important subjects into my brains. I repeat, 9 subjects! It ain't easy let me tell you. It seems like the older I get, the less into school I get. Weird, isn't it? Maybe it's a part of me that look forward a little bit too much for graduation and for school to end for good ( but no, my last paper is at 2nd December. Drag..). I keep thinking of the endless joy and fun I can have during the few months of freedom next year. Going out with my friends and reading and shopping and travelling. Yeah, way to go and I'm not even done with trials whilst planning all these on my list.

Somehow, I tend to question myself on me being judged and misunderstood a lot in school. I often find when someone has a certain grudge on someone, they tend to see them as a threat and find things to pick on you. Tell me no. There's this particular guy who would try to make me as miserable as hell. He interrupts me when I'm talking to my other friends and asks them (very loudly) to move to sit with him whilst they are hanging out/talking to me and let me just tell you how insanely annoying and rude he is. Now, I'm not saying he's not a nice guy. Yes, he is, to the people he likes but honestly, he's much alike with girls. Okay, not trying to rant much here but I just want to cut short and say that I am happy with myself no matter how much bitching he does or other people do about me. I don't mind if I have no friends to talk to in class (not saying I don't. I do !), I will be who I am. I've learnt from these times not to backstab anyone or do something behind people's back and even if they do that to me.

Hopefully, for those who reads my blog out there that you don't find me boring. I've been blogging for such a long time and I still feel like an amateur. Boo hoo :(

Honestly, this is the best strawberry shortcake/birthday cake I've had! I got this for my birthday as you all know. Or may not.. But hands down, this is really tasty. The strawberries really compliments the chiffon cake and cream and to top it off, it has mini short breads on the side! Tell me who won't love this?

Through 7 years of being friends, you have stuck by my side through thick and thin and I still remember the times when we skipped our prefect's duty to hide in the bathroom during assembly to talk about my problems. All the time when we hung out, did crazy things in school and we barely had fights even when 'bestfriends tend to fight'. Guess not all best friends fight all the time :P Thanks for being a strong pillar when I was weak, for being a helping hand when I was in need, for when I am too short to reach the tall, for when I needed a shoulder, for being a sister for my soul. I promise to be there for you as much as you were ever there for me or more.

I'm still counting the years and will always do :)

When people tell me I have fake friends, I tell them no. I don't have fake friends cuz I have my family right here :') I don't know where I'd be without them and I wouldn't be half the person I am without their help, guidance and love.

Overall, the whole surprise was a success and it was a great time reuniting with everyone cuz when we hang out, it's usually only with the guys'. Anyways, we had a good swim till the security told us to get out of the pool cuz' we were wearing 'improper' attire.. okay, it IS our fault so I have absolutely no objections for that. Can't wait till finals are over and we can plan a trip to somewhere and have fun!

Hazey Dazey

I also didn't mean to edit his face to a point that the blur is now blur-er.

My school's Interact club put Kim and I in-charge of the opening act for the International Understanding Day. If you are interested to see it, do contact me for further information (you have no idea that it took me 2 minutes to have found the perfect word next to that 'further').

We also got some help from my 'heng dai' Anthony or you can call him Tony.. or Lawyer. Haha that was a lame inside joke. Excuse me for that :/

But, I will try to put a video of our performance up here if I can. My legs are also killing me from all the dancing we did today. It was fun though, the dynamic duo (or so we were told) are doing this unprofessional choreographing this year again.

Also, the haze from the Sumatra crops burning is really escalating and it is so terrible that when you look outside, it feels like you're in Genting but except that it's terribly hot and humid and smelly and gross. The pollutant index here in KL is around 117, roughly. Johor has the worst condition of haze at the moment, the pollutant index there is like 746 and that was the news I read earlier and who knows how high it has risen till now. School's cancelled tomorrow and the face masks in Mid Valley were all sold out. It was crazy, the amount of people there and almost every pharmacy I walk in is sold out of face masks besides the one in Carrefour but they only sell the N95 which costs about $8.50 and it's pretty pricey. Mom told me we still have some normal ones at home so we probably don't need much as we're either quarantined in our house or be in the shop. Not much going outside for now, unless they decide to have school on Tuesday and the haze is still fogged-up (HAHAHA see what I did there? No? Okay :/ ). Stupid haze, I don't want to get lung diseases so go away!

Reese's

Reese's Peanut Butter cups.

If you don't know what this is, you must be living under a rock.

Yes, I have a massive obsession with this little sucker. Now hold your balls on, you must be thinking why I'm so excited for just a piece of chocolate that has peanut butter in its center but no, I can hardly fine this in KL and it sucks to be craving for something so yummy all the time. I found some at Langkawi Island few weeks back and I got one pack only cuz my mom didn't want to have multiple overweight suitcases thanks to the cheap and stupid airline. Now, even if you can find it in the city it is quite expensive and I definitely won't be spending it on food when I can't even support my own expenses (not to say my mom don't pay for me things, she likes me to spend the things I like myself).

So, here I am lying on my couch on a Wednesday evening having a little binge on my treats to satisfy my sweet tooth thanks to my crazy hormones. I'm gonna end up like Honey Boo Boo's mother if I continue doing this for several years.

I also sincerely apologize for not blogging, yes I feel horrible for always lying to you guys and I also recently just celebrated my 17th birthday I. Am. Old. Ha ha :( Ate dinner at Chili's on my actual birthday date and Italiannies with my family the next night and feeling really blessed to have received so many gifts and wishes.

Hopefully I get a helium foil balloon next year eheheheheheheh :P I kid, I kid.

I celebrated with some of my old school mates because I've been having some issues with my current school friends and it's complicated. It's not that I don't have friends or something.. I just feel distant and alone which is not a complete bad thing. I just needed my space and yeah. Tons of crap happening and I can't wait to graduate from high school.

I need to have an evening slumber now. Hopefully I can fall asleep tonight :)
